In addition to the professional experience in their respective fields, they have a vast experience in Agricultural production, Financial and Enterprise management.

Eng. Kakeeto Ben

Co-founder and Board Chairperson

He has been in the field of commercial coffee farming, processing and exporting for over 7 years. He has experience in business operations, project planning and management. He holds a degree in Computer engineering with great knowledge in high computing, storage and cloud information systems.

Mr. Mukasa Henry

Co- Founder and Vice Board Chairperson

He has experience in commercial farming for more than 5 years with specialty in Coffee/Matooke and agro forestry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and he is Certified Public Accountant and member of ICPAU with vast experience in Finance and Accounting

Eng. Nsimbi Ivan Frank

Company Secretary

Proffessionally, Ivan holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from MUK. As a Secretary, he maintains the records of administration and upholds legal requirements of gorverning documents for the company. Being a Systems Engineer, he designs and manages the company website and other technology needs for the company in his capacity as the CTO for Nalubale Holdings Co. LTD

Ms. Nanteza Phiona

Director Treasury

Phionah, driven by her deep passion for farming and the development of youth groups, has dedicated over 7 years to acquiring valuable expertise in financial management through her work with diverse investment entities. In terms of her education, she possesses a Bachelor of Science with Education (specializing in Physics and Maths) as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation.

Ms. Eunice Wanjala

Director Information, Recruitment and Public Relations

Eunice is an Administrator by training with bias in Management human relations and performance. She possesses Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Computer Science and Information Technology. Eunice has over 5 years’ experience in client relations both at first and last contact levels. She is a practicing farmer with much interest and experience in value addition element of the agro-products value chain.

Mr. Wanyama Emmanuel

Director Legal affairs

Emma is an accountant by training with specialization in Internal audit & risk management. He is an Agricultural development enthusiast and a 2nd year student of Law. He brings with him over ten (10) years’ experience in process improvement from various sectors including banking, audit firms and development aid.

Mr. Ssinabulya George William

Director Agriculture

George William is a male Ugandan an educationalist with Bachelors degree in Education from Makerere University and a diploma in the same field from Kyambogo university. He is the director and proprietor of Nile citizens Schools found in kalisizo TC kyotera district, he is a Rotarian(PHF) opportunity president Rc kalisizo 2020/2021. He has a vast experience in projects management, monitoring and evaluation, an expert practicing farmer of coffee, Matooke and progressive poultry and piggery farmer.

Mr. Richard Muwanika

Director Farm Supply Store

Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, with a specialization in Immunology and Clinical Microbiology. Additionally, he has attained a Master's degree in Immunology and Clinical Microbiology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Health and Infectious Diseases. Richard's diverse background extensive expertise in laboratory stores management, health systems strengthening, and human resources management makes him a valuable asset to our organization. Richard is widely recognized as a successful farmer and health facility proprietor.

Ms. Sarah Kobusingye

Director Credit Scheme

Sarah Kobusinge is the first director of the Credit Department running the credit scheme of the company. Sarah, a Graduate of Business Administration comes with vast financial Experience in customer relationships, credit management and financial controls.
